Has Bid.tv used dynamite on the Alexandrite mine to re-open it?

How are Bid.tv selling/finding something that is so rare, expensive and unavailable (from listening to Mr. Russells comments last 'Tanzanite Christmas'?)

Answers on a postcard to the usual address.

They're also still selling "fragmented stock" of "AAA Connoisseurs Tanzanite" (of all things) as well, and AAA Tanzanite is now selling for roughly the same price on these channels as AA Tanzanite did (eg. £50 for a ring) not so long ago.

James Russell selling Alexandrite...."can you see the flashes of red in there as it turns around in the light box? WOW, just WOW"

Er no......all I see is a pale green stone that could be anything :wonder:

It's probably Zzzzzz grade tanzanite

I wonder. Hmm. They briefly mentioned that a lab had recreated some so I wonder if that is the stock they are selling? They sound cagey to me. Not saying genuine and although they mentioned the mine they are not gushing like other gemstones. Well if I am wrong they've only themselves to blame for making me the cynic I am today ;-)
