But would you even believe any 5 star reviews? I know I'd be sceptical.

Customer service is the problem

I vowed NEVER to order anything from IW ever again but I succumbed a short while ago and bought 2 halogen ovens. Only 1 arrived, and getting Customer Services to recognise this and deal with it was a nightmare. After endless phonecalls (at 10p per minute) I was promised someone would call me back (they never did). I called again and again and was promised all sorts but my second halogen oven never turned up. I found Customer Services to be utterly ineffective. I've had dealings with them before and found them to be worse than useless. It's CS that makes me never ever want to order from IW again.
