I just received a leaflet with my post about this offer: You need to be able to provide proof that you are on one of these benefits to qualify to buy up to 36 stamps at the Xmas 2011 price (before the recent increases) and the details are also online here: http://www.royalmail.com/services/personal-delivery-options-uk/christmas-offer
Assuming this isn't a ruse to prove that ESA claimants can work if they're well enough to go to their Post Office, it's worth doing to save a little on postage.
