Wow! Delivery.

Ideal World have really ramped their service up. I ordered products on Saturday, they were dispatched on Saturday and the parcel has arrived here today, Monday! I got £20 off the product in the first place, a set of free earrings and a £5 credit back to my account for the Christmas promotion. Wow! I paid £5.99 P&P but for service like that, I really don't mind so much. Unlike "the other side" who charge that and more and wouldn't even have dispatched it by now.

No mistake, for the last couple of months IW deliveries have been very quick and the P&P costs are far better than QVC's, something QVC should take on board.

They must have read the posts here:happy: Good if it lasts, all they have to do is to have some decent call centre, good products and they might still make it. I find their postage OK.
