I emailed QVC about the voucher and this is th reply
"Thank you for contacting QVC UK.
Please accept our apologies that you have not been able to redeem your
voucher via the Web page regrettably your can only redeem your voucher via
an operator. Please call our Customer Services team on 0800 51 4131 and
our operators will be happy to redeem your voucher for you.
If we can provide any other assistance, please do not hesitate to contact
QVC UK.
