I noticed today that QVC have redesigned the returns slip that is attached to the invoice. Apart from lots more small print at the bottom, they've removed the space that allows you to add your own comment when you are returning an item. Is this QVC finally acknowledging that they don't care why you've returned an item? It's a return and that's it.
Also, they still say that you should ask for a 'signed for' service if you are returning an item with a value of £200 or greater. The Post Office will not let you send items greater than £49 unless you use a signed for service.
