I'm serious ! For anyone who remembers my post about the new invoice and the DSR this is the promised update . I received a very courteous email apologising for the website and promising the refund of my p and p . I followed the advice of my OH and wrote a nice letter. He always gets good results.
I also received a refund for some drain liquid ( yes I know ! ) which they said had faulty packaging which deteriorates over time . And I didn't even have to return this .
And another thing . . I was phoning CS to cancel a waitlist order and mentioned that I hoped they would fix the website . The girl took all the details and said she would forward it to the techie guys . So I have nothing but positive things to say today which makes a change from all the bad news about the BBC and the clergy and the FBI and the Gas companies all on the fiddle seemingly . Allegedly etc . Oops rambling on a bit . Blame the tablets !
