I don't order much from IW but whenever I do I've had no problem with what I've received or the speed of delivery.
My latest order .......... I decided to get a Karcher window vac, having read the reviews. :blush:
Ordered online (I never ring them) on 21st November.
Despatched on 21st November.
Delivered today!
Working perfectly.
Having read so many horrendous tales from other forumites, I thought the service that I received should be acknowledged.
Mind you, if it was faulty it might have been another story because I refuse to ring a call centre in another country.
