I find is unbelievable that IW can give air time and talk anout the ChiChi and its accessories for nearly a whole hour after all it is only a head band and 2 scarves, a brooch and a faux fur collar.

Hahaha that's most likely why! Someone in the gallery most likely told him the meaning as half way through the show that's when he started laughing at it. Not the most thought out name from Moira :O http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=chichi :talking:

I watched it last night but only because I was mesmorised, what is is it with Moira C that comes on with the scarf that becomes part blouse, the trousers that are not trousers and now we have half a hat!!! I thought from the side view Lyn's head with the 'Chi Chi' looked like a Christmas cake when it has the frill around and her hair being the top of the cake.
