return postage

I have just bought something from the IW website. Two of the same item but different sizes so only paid 1 p&p. At the bottom of the checkout page I noticed an option to pre pay £1.49 (or £1.45) for the opportunity to return to a local pick up point which for me is great. The PUP is half a mile away compared to nearest post office which is 8 miles away. So not only do they cap p&p but now do a good return service. Well done IW

But if you don't return it then they have made £1.49!

Will they pay you that money back though? If you are returning an item within 7 days then you are entitles to your postage fees being refunded.

In a way would be good for me too. We cant all get to post offices to return. I dont drive and mine is miles away too. Im also very anxious in queues, so thats why Im left stuck with a lot of bad purchases. So this seems good to me.
