I had a problem with my online Sit-up web account and Paul Becque kindly gave me an email address to send my query to yesterday.
I sent the email yesterday evening about 5:30pm and I had a reply with the issue resolved by 10am this morning.
Now that was fast service but probably because I mentioned Paul's name in the email ! :grin:
