I found Gareth Parker to be extremely helpful too, both via email and telephone calls......he rang me! Hope you get your issues sorted to your satisfaction.

I'm afraid I didn't find Gareth Parker very helpful. He did reply to one of my e-mails asking me to send a copy of my bank statement as proof I had made a purchase which I did but never heard from him again. Fortunately I had paid with Paypal so I opened up a dispute and did eventually get my money returned. Consequently, I will never order from Ideal World or C&C again.
