Caroline Lyndsay should be the first female Doctor and could reprise the role as played by Colin Baker, she certainly has the 1980's garb for it.
 
He would definitely be an improvement on David 'the Gurner' Tennant I would like to see Sue Perkins as the first female doctor.
 
They should bring back Davros. Mike Mason could play a Mockney version of him just as himself.
