Hi all :rock: long time no see and all that. :cheeky:


Can anyone help with my little problem please?

My steam generator iron has stopped steaming and now ironing is flipping hard work.:emo:
Any of you lovely lot got any ideas to get little ol' me all steamed up again?:cheeky:

Has it got a filter that needs changing? Mine has a filter and I was looking on Amazon recently for a replacement filter in case it needs replacing sometime.
 
It hasn't got a filter:tongue: it's the silver one from Ideal World.
 
Exactly what I was going to suggest about descaling. How long have you had it? Is it out of warranty, you are better protected by consumer law regarding faulty goods since April I think.

Try rescaling it another time, sometimes rescaling needs doing more than once. Also do a Google search to see if other people have had problems and what the solution might be.
