Just been skipping through the web site. They have the Fire Hose Nozzle thing headed "Best Seller" and it has appalling reviews. Loads of people have returned them saying they are rubbish. How on earth can they say ikt is a Best Seller or do they just go off the fact that lots of people were duped into buying it and then ignore the reviews and the fact the majority of them seem to have been returned.

Phrases like "Best Seller" are meaningless in a sales context; we're never told how many they've actually sold, or how many have been returned. It's just another phrase used to try and get you to buy something.

QVC, it leaves the building its sold. If it comes back you get a letter telling you off, how dare you. Then they send it out to someone else.

So twice the sales on one product. Simple:wait:

It is a proven fact that, in any situation, negative feedback is more frequent, than positive. Perhaps in this case, the buyers who were happy with the nozzle didn't pen a review, yet those who were disappointed with it, did. A lot of my work involves client feedback; if they have a complaint, you can bet they'll let us know. That's why, when they do compliment our service, it is all the more meaningful. Just a thought.
