website down since Thursday?

Hi, does anyone know what is happening with their website, I've been onto their chat online,0844 is too expensive on a long hold and they say it will be back soon they're working on it, seems a long time 4 days ,
Is it me and they are just giving me the bog standard off put?

The website is working for me, try a different browser or clear cookies and see if that helps.

its working for me!

It might be due to the fact that TJC is moving studios very soon and thats why we have such bad picture quality at the moment, all the good cameras are in the new place i bet!

There are some clever folks on this forum, different browser worked!!!!!

What I don't understand is why no one on the online chat didn't say that the website was ok, guess they just couldn't be bothered.
