Slow Returns (keeps recurring and recurring)

Have posted about this before, so sorry for the repitition.

returned a vile Tignanello Bag on 19th, still not showing up as received.

Returned an item to Lands End same day, both second class. money was in my account 2 days later plus a refund of the postage!

Gone are the days when Q can laud it with their returns policy, so many online companies now give so much better service. rarely watch these days. just not worth the hassle.

i chase it if it becomes a stupid amount of time- although they get out of feeling sympathetic as their T&C's state something like 3 weeks for a return refund.

I sent them an email to complain, no reply as yet.
