If only

If only QVC could aspire to such service!
Yesterday, at 3pm, I ordered two books from Amazon, free p&p. They arrived at lunchtime today, 12.15 to be exact. AND they were delivered by our regular postman, along with some letters, not by courier.

Yep I always get speedy deliveries from Amazon, can`t beat them usually. Q have had lots of complaints from people about their deliveries and p and p charges but it all falls on deaf ears.

Does this not sort of prove that the fault does not lie entirely at RM's door. I have always suspected that Q get a rate for something akin to 3rd class even though it is not reflected in their charge to us. Also tbe order does not even leave the warehouse for several days.

Amazon + RM = great service
Any other on line retailer + RM = pretty good to very good service

Q + RM .= Piss poor service ( and from my experience any delivery service)

I rest my case m'lord

It's an attractive theory! Exactly my experience too.
