When I saw TJC were selling on Ebay I thought I'd give it a go. I bid on and won 20 items. Only everyday stuff, but quite fun.
I waited ages for their arrival. I finally contacted them 16 days after the auctions had finished and was sent a message saying that every item,
including a Bead Making Kit, had "failed the Quality Control Process" I'm absolutely furious. How can all 20 items fail. I'm not convinced they ever had them in the first place, they were probably more of their "phantom" items. They refunded the money via Paypal, but that is not the point. Why is it so difficult for them to locate the item within their stockroom and examine it before they put in on Ebay. It's not like they are selling hundreds of items via Ebay. That way they avoid 20 negative feedbacks and I am not left angry and disappointed.I have a bad feeling that the 6 items I won about 10 days ago are also going to suffer the same fate....

Hi, Sorry to hear that you have had such a rotten experience. It sounds like they are selling the same items via ebay and most probably their website and / or live on air. That is unacceptable and the feeble excuse of "failed the quality quality control process" just doesn't cut the mustard and is not really even believable. I had looked at some of their Ebay auctions but after reading this I shall save myself the bother. Perhaps you could also go to the Ebay forums and post your experience on there? Anyway, thanks for the heads up and happy magpie shopping elsewhere ]in future!

I bought the diamante hairband - it arrived with poorly placed stones and so contacted them. No reply. Opened a case with ebay, they never responded. Refund issued automatically by ebay. Have no idea who is running the ebay Store for them, as there are many businesses who specialise in running ebay stores for Brands, but they are doing a crap job.
