I bought a Vibrapower Disc from I deal World about 18 months ago. I went on it quite a lot at first but then for the past 12 months it has just been gathering dust in the corner. Has anyone else got on and realistically how long due I need to use it and how regularly? On the presentations they say every other day for 3 minutes but this does not seem like very much to me. I am determind to start using the machine again and start getting my moneys worth.
