Sarah Chapman, what a breath of fresh air!

Watching her on air with Clare Sutton. Ms. Chapmans style is so relaxed and non-aggressive it is such a pleasant change from the hard-sell shouty guests. Her products don't suit my skin but it was really interesting to hear her talking about them. Has anyone tried them?

I used the eye cream, it was nice but didn't do much.

She was in one of the Sunday magazines a month or two ago. She admitted that she gets Botox quite regularly. In one way I respected her for her honesty, but I definitely wouldn't order any of her products again if I'm honest.

I agree, I have tried a few of her products and they didn't suit my skin either, so had to send them back. But she is a lovely person. I really like her, she is easy to listen to, unlike the annoying Fiona and Keeley from Delcleor and Elemis. I think those two must have been separated at birth. Both are seriously irritating. I prefer the Irish lady for Elemis. I think her name is Uma, or Ema? not sure though. And I always preferred Laura from Decleor.
