Can't Watch The Live Auctions - Anyone Else Having This Problem?

I can't watch the live auctions on Gems, Rocks and the Lounge anymore on my MacBook or iPad. The sites changed a couple of days ago to a black background and now no live viewing box shows up anymore. The only one I can still watch is Gem Collector and this still has the white background and is as yet unchanged. Anyone else having this problem?

All sorted now, but what has happened to this forum? There was a time many people would have joined the discussion, but now no answers at all. Such a shame.

I had the same blank screen problem a few weeks ago, just for a day or so. Since they changed the background to black the chat box has vanished, after faffing about for ages, sussed out if i enlarge the screen i get the chatbox back, weird. Now today i cannot get on the site at all, not happy.
