Not on Freeview 24 hours a day?

It was only a few weeks ago that TJC were shouting about being on Freeview 24 hours a day. Now I see they are off air from midnight till 3am. A cost cutting measure perhaps? I would have thought that it was important to be on Freeview at midnight since that's when the day's schedule changes from 'Ruby Day' to '£10 or under' or whatever...
