If QVC were a person, would you send them a 21st birthday card? A gift even?

I think I would lovingly wrap all the items I have found in my QVC 'brand new' orders with an accompanying note saying "I believe you might have lost this.."

I have been a viewer since the very start.. yet didn't palace my first order (diamonique ring) until 1996 My second order was a Carol Smiths Gallery Glass kit, gosh I wonder if shes still alive?

I do wish they would do a QVC time warp day, to give today's viewers a chance to experience when QVC was great, IMVHO, from 1994-2002 ish - it was so much nicer to watch then, rather than todays commercialised speed-sales pitch, with not a care for the customer

As i didnt get the Easy pay code they can get stuffed lol :mysmilie_365::mysmilie_490:

I want to know where the substance behind all the birthday hype is! A disappointing TSV with no easy pays, no reduced postage and a mediocre offering of goods throughout the day.

So, what are we getting out of the celebrations exactly?!

To look at, you'd barely know it was any sort of celebration for them. I'd expected to have something going on in the studios, balloons and so on. And they seemed to have picked all their expensive ranges to air. Are they trying to completely sell themselves as a high-end outlet now? No special offers, no big birthday surprises and no fun. Just another day in the QVC office. I won't be watching, nothing interests me. I agree with JRs-Ego too; QVC was much better viewing a few years ago.

I did get the 3 EZP card but most things seem to be on EZPs anyway (except TSV) Free P&P would have tempted me so much more!

Why doesn't some bright spark around the qvc conference table come up with .................. free return postage !!!!! I bet their sales would spike then !

Wouldn't you have thought they would have pushed their brands to offer new items.Am saying that after watching the Kipling hour but it looks more like 'let's get rid of what is left of old styles'.The styles seem to have been on before & the more popular colours have been snapped up leaving what they are showing today.I am really quite pleased as I have not been tempted sitting here with my 3 EZP card!!!!

it was the same when they moved into the new studios a few years ago, they made such a fuss about it for months and month and then when they did move nothing special was done, no easy pay, no discounted P&P, just a quick we're in our new place isn't it lovely... ok its over now lol... they don't really have the best business brain it has to be said.

I agree with all the sentiments. I never got the 3EZP either so they can shove it right up their :mysmilie_11::mysmilie_10:

Checking my inbox, I have received a rather inexplicable email reminding me to "join us for a tsv special" today, tomorrow and Friday. Don't get it. What tsv?

I tuned in today after months of deliberately avoiding QVC, nothing worth my time, just the same stuff and the presenters trying to whip up some trade for the same old brands I was nearly tempted by the 3 honora bracelets for £19.99 but I wanted two sets which would've been 8.00 p&p!no thank you. Anyway isn't it a Bronzo TSV tonight? Ill try and watch online if I can be bothered.
