I know I am replying to SCW's post of a year ago but I came across the same duo as a Bargain Hunter and, if anyone is interested, it is now even more of a bargain at £9.98 - even the P&P is a bargain for QVC (or mistake!):

It has four reviews, all 5 star. Thought I might go for it as my hair could do with a little TLC. Anyone tried it?

the postage is not a mistake as they have taken the prices of the postage right down on these items
 
I've used it and my hair liked it - it's a pre-shampoo treatment and I found my hair looked better than with PK's Elasticiser. I'm a Wen girl now but I might buy this set for DD.
 
I've got a couple of pots of this for sale in The Drop. One is unopened and a little has been taken out of the other. Price reduced to £10 including postage if anyone's interested.
