Here we go yet again and I don't think I'm alone with feelings on this subject! I will refrain from commenting on the "famous" names but would like to say a huge CONGRATULATIONS to the likes of Simon Weston, the youngest recipient 13-year-old Jonjo Heuerman and the eldest Dorothy Start.......:clapping:
 
I know that there are honours given to normal people who are only publicised in their local media but Barbar Windsor? Pleeeaaase! For services to Bingo?

And please don't get me started on sportspeople.

Exactly why I refrained from any other comments. I believe in giving recognition to our unsung heroes and it's time the "establishment" thought along the same lines!
