Today at 22:00 there is a beauty show "featuring Leighton Denny". So maybe half a show with his products or something perhaps?

Very disappointed to find out that the person taking over after Nina is the woman we have seen in a few shows (Emma? Who they mention "paint nails for celebrities like Lady Gaga etc") painting nails when Nina has been on. I was watching her in total shock as to how she can be a "professional" when it was the worst I have seen anyone paint nails. The results were terrible and she was on several shows and did just as bad job. Feels like this can only be the beginning of end of LD on QVC if that is the best person they can find to represent the brand. So disappointing :(

I felt the same the one time I saw her. We were discussing it on the thread about Nina leaving. On the show I saw, she was seriously overloading the brush, using up to 20 brushstrokes for a first coat, painting wiggly lines and leaving quite big gaps at the side of the nail. Those who met Emma at the Beauty Bash said she was very nice but quite nervous. Hopefully her nerves will settle down. As a few of us have said, Leighton is a hard act to follow. I suppose it makes her human and I certainly do some bad home manicures so I can't really talk!

she did mine at the BBAsh and they are still going strong bar a tiny accident on one that was my fault!! She seems a good sort but like everyone has said, Leighton/Nina are a pretty tough act to follow so I do hope she does well and overcomes her nerves and gets across her personality....or should that be is 'allowed' to as we know how Q like to roll out the Stepford Presenters. Just as long as whoever is on with her doesn't keep banging on about who she has done the nails of recently and concentrates on the products I'll be happy.
