Thanks SCW... but it would be great if they mentioned the colour of the plush... don't they normally give you a written description of the colours?

sometimes they do. sometimes they dont its very hit & miss think it depends on the web person doing it

I just don't understand QVC's poor attitude to their website. The internet is a very visual medium, and certainly when you go shopping you want to look at the goods you are considering buying, and you want to read accurate details of the product to corroborate that the picture you are seeing marries up with the description.

You would think that this would be important to QVC as well.

If they are stuck for time, maybe this is something else they could demand from their suppliers? Like lazy journalists regurgitate who press releases verbatim, QVC could insist on the information being provided together with photographs and the details in a format they could simply load up onto their site... at least if the supplier put in their own details there would be a fighting chance that it would be accurate.

And QVC could, at the same time, overhaul their warehouse management system which backends the whole operation so that the colours the supplier calls things are the colours QVC uses!
