How to use:
Brush twice a day - once in the morning, once in the evening for two minutes as follows:
Step 1 - Cleaning Foam
Add the Cleaning Foam to the toothbrush head without using water
Push the on/off button once and use the blue LED light mode brushing your teeth for one minute
Use the Quadpacer timer which will pause every 30 seconds to tell you to move from the top to the bottom of your teeth
Move the brush head slowly and gently across the teeth in small back and forth motions
Do not scrub like you would with a manual toothbrush, simply apply light pressure to maximise effectiveness and let the toothbrush do the work for you
Spit out the residue but do not rinse your mouth
Step 2 - Whitening Foam
Add the Whitening Foam to your toothbrush without using water
Push the on/off button twice and again use the blue LED light mode brushing your teeth for 1 minute as above
