Can anyone give me an idea how long Rocks take to refund for returned jewelery, had to return couple of pieces, that were not suitable - have ordered loads but this is first time ive returned anything. thanks:40:

It's around a week to 10 days at the now Roxy. I think it's slowed up a bit at the moment and I don't know if it's a delay with Royal Mail, if Rocks are snowed under or if my bank is going slower. Don't fear Roxy, your refund will come through!
