Many Thanks Graham. I missed Debs when she was on price-drop last time but will definitly be tuning into Bid-up to see this lovely lady(and brilliant shopping-telly presenter) doing her stuff. Linda

oh - it's lovely to see Debbie again - isn't she looking really well!!!! Always one of my favourite presenters

I watched bid.tv specifically to see Debs. Great to see her back; she's lost none of her talent. QVC's loss is bid.tv's gain.
QVC want to get her back on board - she was the best presenter they had!

Darn, I missed her again :( I came to shopping telly after Debbie had left but heard so much about her (and Paul Thingummy and maybe another couple), all I can find is some blurry YouTube clips.

Debs wanted to return to QVC but they would not contract someone who had left QVC to specifically launch another British shopping channel(Ideal World),they would not even accept her has a guest presenter. I totally agree with other comments, its QVC's loss - she was one of the best presenters they have ever had( i, ofcourse, include Lavers and Whatters here too). QVC's early lineup of presenters were the best IMO. Linda

Going against the grain here but I never took to her as a presenter.

I knew there was a reason I liked you :7: I can't see the attraction with Debbie either. Not my cup of tea and a very poor imitation of a presenter. I feel she will not last long in her current position but then she never does seem to these days does she?

Watched Debbie for the first time. I have to say I wasn't impressed with her. I have seen better presenters on the channels. From what was written about her I had high expectations but I have to say I was really disappointed.

Supose we all have different tastes, I find it hard to watch a lot of the sit up presenters, Debbie to me is a breath of fresh air, why they have brought Mark Stewart back is beyond me, he is just so boring, as for Gemma Scott does the girl do any prep.

I can watch 3 hours solid of Debbie something that I find very hard to do with anyone on shopping telly today.

debbie has done the rounds (very well) imo, particularly liked her at ideal world in the good old days with lavers and co , also at price krash she was very professional

I think Debbie's a really good presenter, very down to earth, informative and great fun. Like others on the forum ,I thought Debbie, Whatters and Lavers were the best and I could watch them for hours (with no intent to purchase ) purely for the entertainment. I don't think there's anyone like that around at the moment . Correct me if I'm wrong!

She knows her stuff and her products - more than can be said about a lot of presenters ! Is she going to be a regular - I missed her and would like to see her again? As some have said - QVC have cut off their nose here ! I remember contacting her through her website about the Phantom ( a gadget that could change the channels on Sky and the likes when you could only record what chanel was left on !) She e-mailed back personally several times and was very helpful . I gather she did try to help out the unfortunate people who were let down by that channel we won't name !

I love Debbie! I remember her from when I was about 11 (am now in my 30's!). I lived in Germany as my Father was in the military, and we had 1 single TV channel - SSVC. Debbie used to present the Childrens Telly section in the afternoon after school, reading out letters and cards and the like! She was fab!

Why do they let Carla (I think she's called) ex IW guest present with Tiganello bags on QVC? Surely if it means sales then whats the problem? (or do QVC hold that big a grudge????)

she is the best, like Graham, I agree i could watch her for 3 hours and more, she's interesting, comical and a true professional
