Why do they not listen to their customers who keep them in business?

I have stupidly ordered something else from Ideal World in their New Year Clearance.

According to my account on the website, delivery should have been today and of course the item has not arrived.

Before Christmas I waited nearly three weeks for an item too.

Why can't they deliver more quickly? What is so difficult about this concept?

Yes, I am aware that their carriage charges are cheaper on the whole but I would rather pay a little bit more and receive my goods within a week than have to wait indefinitely.

Another thing is that when I email them either direct to the studio or otherwise I never get anything more than an automated reply.

If they do go bust it will be their own fault.
