it is taken a long time, i have returned items 2 weeks ago, got a return confirmation last week but have not yet receive the refund either
I know they had staff problems, many peeps ill last week, so I hope it will be sorted this week

I processed the refund on the day we received them and the money takes up to 5 working days to clear through the banking system. Hope that helps.
