I bought the Purple Cows trimmer with 13 fancy blades when it was a TSV recently. It is brilliant but one of the blades wouldn't work. I didn't want to send it back to QVC as I would have to send the whole thing back and it would take ages. So I emailed Purple Cows and explaned the problem, a guy
