Just caught a couple of mins of this, showing a 'before' and 'after' - lady wearing a grey tight-fitting shift dress. There's no way this was the same woman, no way jose. The 'after' was at least 2 sizes smaller, browner, arms weren't the same and funnily enough there was no head shot...

Personally I wonder how many candles do they think we need? Yawn. I live in a small market town and we have a Yankee Candle shop. I'm no afficionado and if I was remotely interested I'd go in there but even Tesco, Morrisons, Sains etc all set good ranges of candles.

There's something not quite right about two women being in their jamas on tv and Jilly, love, it's not a good look on you.

Just switched on, hhmmmm she's a typical 'septic tank' as we call them at my workplace. She's just shown how to turn back the cuff on the blouse - amazing I would never have thought of that. She's clearly been to the same fashion finishing school as Glen !

But this is classic retail marketing, it happens everywhere not just QVC. The so-called 'offers' at Britain's largest supermarket are very cleverly worked out - just enough to be within the law but made out to be something so much more special. I take my hat off to them, wish I was a shareholder.

Not seen the film so have made a mental note to get it. Caught some of the show the other night with my OH and I was laughing so much at his reaction - he was shouting at the screen telling her to quit her gibberish. Also she's a bit over the hill for such a low cut top IMO. And.. one more...
