My daughter thinks they are great (I haven't tried them yet), she has being using Bose headphones for the last 5 years so used to them, but these are way better with noise cancelling. She hasn't mentioned the charging lead being short so will get her to check and call CS if she finds them...

I will be ordering tomorrow from them, hence the research to see who had the best deal :) Was going to order the MK1 but for £20 extra will go for the MK2. Not sure what qvc offer on MK1 but these have 2 years warranty on them as promotional offer.

I agree regarding TJC's return policy! I have always had to chase up postage refund even though I enclose a PO receipt . MY PO always gives me a duplicate receipt which I put in the returns package. I asked for CS managers e mail addy via e mail and chat recently, guess what they can't give...

Mine went in the bin too! Like FA I would have preferred money off or free postage.

I received my 4 from Amazon today but they are not buttoned as shown in the photo. The seller has replied and apologised as its the wrong listing (photo/description). Not planning to send them back as I still like them and a great buy at that price.

I bought two items both within first 10 minutes of the show. Nothing else to tempt me which is a shame as years ago there were lots of items and at very good price. I got Ali K pendant (on advance order) and B&W brooch and pin.
