I haven't heard of them! Thank you for the info, I think I might try them out. Up until now I always checked out the flowers on line, there are some fantastic offers and they deliver them promptly. They have a nice variety of 'flaaawrs' as well ;) and not as expensive as the 150 for the glass...

I have seen this and though their demonstration is pretty enticing, you could actually make do with using your own bars and wall to achieve the same workout. What they were demonstrating were pretty simple so you just had to know which areas to work on and you are on your way to a good figure...
