I had a major problem with a refund was waiting ages, customer services were useless (premium rate number) and kept you waiting ages, in the end I just keep posting on their facebook page, and got a refund straight away. Good luck x

anybody else having problems with QVc website, it just keeps saying, I have to ring to order, have deleted all cookies etc, its so annoying!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I always use Ultra Sun and I love it, I am fair skinned with freckles, and suffer from prickly heat, that can totally ruin your holiday. I am so glad I found it as I now wouldn't be without it.
