    Random musings and general banter.

Who rattled your cage? I was just providing some accurate insight. To be fair to Simon, correcting a handful of critics on an internet forum will be so far off his radar when launching a channel - as tin pot as it is going to be.

You've got that the wrong way round 😉

It's a terrible name for a channel but there was a trademark dispute with his original choice of name (Screen Shop). Here's a sneak peak of what you can expect...

Mark Ryes is going to Simon Illes new channel Seen on TV along with Dennice Robinson and Dean Wilson - scheduled to launch next week from makeshift studios in Simon's warehouse. It's basically going to be a carbon copy of Shop Extra and we all know what a resounding success that was 😂

At least that horrid BDSM style apron she's been wearing for years has been retired

    Sewing Quarter Closing Down

At last a public comment but sadly the dishonesty continues: How can you describe all staff being informed of closure as 'speculation' :headbang: Clearly they don't want viewers being put off spending their money but the amount of people complaining about not receiving goods from 2 weeks ago...

    Sewing Quarter Closing Down

Complaints on their Facebook fan group of orders not being received 2+ weeks after ordering. Posts being deleted on the matter when others speculate that the channel is closing down. Hopefully no one will be left out of pocket, I'd be giving them a wide berth whilst they remain silent.

    Sewing Quarter Closing Down

Visitor posts have now been turned off on their Facebook page and not long after the announcement was made, they started to moderate any new posts in their Facebook Fan Group. It's all incredibly dishonest to thousands of loyal viewers and customers who are all wondering why there are now no...

    Sewing Quarter Closing Down

Staff and suppliers were informed a couple of weeks ago that the channel will go off air just before Christmas

    Gemporia USA Closing

First Steve sells off Jewellery Maker and now he's closing down the USA channel. What next...

    The picture quality is awful

Exactly! The quality on TV and the web does appear to deteriorate quite badly when they are showing repeats. Was looking forward to some crafting this evening, one of the few craft shows on the EPG but instead of the Grand Caliber we have the Waterless Wax car cleaner that was being flogged...

    The new Bid.tv...

They've said on Twitter that it will launch online at first - there's more chance of Win Cash Live getting back on TV (which is nil) than Bid TV returning to... TV. I see Mark Ryes has been sniffing around, his tweets to young'ens really make my skin crawl and I'm surprised it doesn't put...

    Repeats Repeats Repeats

Barbara Grey was labelled the Queen of Crafts by HOCHANDA... more like the Queen of Repeats. She's getting 'groovi' again with Lee Clark this morning, although at least when he said "it's Sunday morning" it actually was unlike when it was repeated yesterday (Saturday). Wouldn't mind but the...

    Ho... Dear

Oh HOCHANDA... It is absolutely dire and more amateur than the majority of the local TV channels that have launched... loved The Craft Channel wishing them luck on Facebook, they must have been laughing their asses off when it went on air yesterday - certainly showed them how NOT to do it next...

    Dawn Bibby

:mysmilie_59: To be honest, I'd have respected her not wanting to reveal but she posted what I thought was a rather rude post on Facebook telling people to stop mithering her about where she was going - sorry that people are actually interested in watching you Dawn... as for her not being able...

Swan Curry Station and Chapati Maker

Crikey, don't order this from HOCHANDA at £39.99 + £2.95 P&P... £10 cheaper from a more reputable retailer IWOT. Plus FREE postage! Not to mention, everything else in the hour is available cheaper elsewhere. :mysmilie_46:

    Repeats

This is a commercial hour that is paid for by Thomas Sanderson - they most likely paid for their previous live show to be repeated again.
