    Appeal to Bid Shopping

Bid PLEASE STOP TRYING TO BE QVC/ IDEAL WORLD! Recently they've tried to become TOO much like a shopping channel; the new sets, graphics, boring presenters, guests, fixed prices, clocks, phone line locking, serious hard sell, themed hours etc. Even though many of us would consider 2001-2002...

What do you think of the Sit-up TV Network?

In regards to them going downhill its undoubtedly due to the fact they're now focused on being a business (retailer) as opposed to a tv channel which is a shame but understandable but they need to remember the reason that they have become such a large and popular business is partly due to the...

Do you think the new Price Drop set better than the old one?

Of course it's better than the old one. People may not like it but it's definitely better!

bid shopping re-launches price drop tv on Friday 30th March 2012 6pm

I think the set will look lovely when the christmas decorations go up in october. The decorated brick work will look really cosy! Reminds me of Frasier's apartment.

Any idea what is happening to price drop tomorrow (30/3) at 18:00 ?

Double presenters seems to be working well! If anyone saw Peter Sherlock and Sally Jaxx on bid this afternoon, they were great together and all the products flew out! Fortunately for price drop they've been able to have double presenters this last week as the presenter who would have been...

Has Spped Auction Live met it's maker already?

Speed auction will probably be back on Monday, they'll probably be using the speed auction cameras for the Buckinghamshire show on Sunday as from 4pm they're back live in the bid studio.

Why Don't I Like Jenny Topp?

She's fit and she's great with Sally!

This is how price drop SHOULD be!

Today has been a great example of how price drop would be better. 2 presenters and 1 assistant. The presenters seem to bounce off each other when working together and its great to have the assistant popping in and interjecting. Mayhem and entertainment. It is the way forward for this channel!

    Oh dear!

Why do they always make sure that the word 'live' is taken off the screen for infomercials then? And furthermore when they used to broadcast airtime savers they used to consciously remove the word 'live' from their DOG!

    Oh dear!

James Gardner is LIVE on price drop right now but he's also on speed auction which is pre-recorded but on the graphics it says 'LIVE EVENT'. Reminiscent of the debacle that happened a few years ago with Paul Evers, news which made the tabloids when he was live on bid but also on price drop...

    Spoilt for choice!

Great viewing on offer today from bid shopping. Sally on bid whilst Cindy, Yo Lisa and Adam are on price drop :) Just love Cindy, and Yo Lisa is marv! Wish there were more regular events with 2 presenters on at the same time. Much more fun and great entertainment.

    Price-Drop relaunch?

No no no, it's the content from speed auction live (5pm-midnight) that they will be showing.

    Price-Drop relaunch?

Yep, it's the price drop relaunch next Friday with a new set. Speed Auction will be showing the pre recorded auctions filmed over the last couple of days until they come back live next week :)

The Rise & Fall of Sit-Up

Anyone remember when both bid tv and price drop tv could sell anything? i.e. something like the rechargable sonic toothbrush which now goes for £1 and normally the clock ends the sale as not enough buyers come in. Back in 2004 on a product like that there would be a quantity of about 400 and...

Confused with the Brompton & Cooper brand on Sit-ups

Is that the Notting Hill bracelet? It's nice! TJC sell them cheaper though but don't think they do the blue cord.
