I always buy the Boots Essential Hairspray, the unperfumed/unfragranced one and have never noticed any chemical smell hanging about after the initial spray, and I am usually quite good at picking up on things like that!

I too have used Boots hairspray for years - Extra Firm Unperfumed, for the price it is still my favourite.

I did not see the show with Marverine, however an earlier hour where Anna was on with Craig was spoilt for me by Craig continually waving/gesturing with his arms that I found distracting and annoying. Such a shame as I do like Anna Griffin products. Carole
