How often do you go on yours Jasper and for how long at a time.
ohhh I cant wait to mount this Ijoy I am going to be on it immediatley plug and go!!!
Plug and go,:1: tbh that’s what I did, I just skim read the instructions. For the 1st week and a half, my hip and thigh muscles were very stiff, (but that will vary depending on how much of a Cowgirl you are).:32: But after the first week and a half my stiff muscles loosened up, and I haven’t had any problems since.

The really good thing about the iJoy is you can use it whilst watching the TV, and whilst it is working miracles, you don’t really feel any discomfort, particular when you compare it to alternative exercises, such as crunches. I use the iJoy every other day for 15 minutes on the lowest setting, I occasionally increase the workout to 30 minutes, but only occasionally as I need to do light aerobics to warm down.:3:

I may still get the Ab Lounger though, because of the range of movement it gives.:3:

Would highly recommend, for people like myself who are into their fitness, but draw the line at crunches and push ups.

Try planks - they are GREAT for your core (and can work your arms too) and you don't need to do as many as you would with crunches.#

Dazzler - did your iRide (or is it an iJoy? i can't remember) turn up? If so, are you enjoying it??

lol, for a minute I thought that I actually did write "him" lol, :11::11:but then I thought noooooo Phew!

Which model are you getting Dazzler? I didn't see the demo on IW. I reckon neither would agree with my stupid back injury which is a shame since it does look like it would work. (Of course there is the minor matter of the fact I couldn't afford one anyway) :64:

Hi Vampy, Did not realise there are different models. It was a Pick of the day thing, if thats what they call it these days. Think it was about £300 and on flexi pay. Its got different settings, there is a warm up mode and then more faster ones and then a warm down mode. they said it is good for your back. i think you need a back massager vampy, we have one and is excellent for your back, got mine from QVC but did notice Ideal World were selling them for £30, you can lay on it on the floor or on a bed, brilliant they are very relaxing the vibrations massage every muscle in your body, feels like human hands.

432344 QVC back massager mat - this one is mine vampy - can highly recomend and cheaper then Ijoy, really helps your back.

I am glad you recommended the back doodah, thanks for the info I wondered what they're like. I have a brilliant massager for shoulder/neck area, but it's not great for my boney little spine lol.

I thought there was another model called ijoy ride twist? However I could be away with the faeries. Hope yours arrives soon and that you can tear yourself away long enough to post a review. :D :64:

Yes as soon as I have finished mounting it I will let everyone know how good the machine is.

Don't think we'll be seeing much of Dazzler when "he" arrives. <a href="http://plugin.smileycentral.com/http%253A%252F%252Fwww.smileycentral.com%252F%253Fpartner%253DZSzeb008%255FZNxpt484YYGB%2526i%253D36%252F36%255F22%255F23%2526feat%253Dprof/page.html" target="_blank"><img src="http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/36/36_22_23.gif" alt="SmileyCentral.com" border="0"><img border="0" src="http://plugin.smileycentral.com/http%253A%252F%252Fimgfarm%252Ecom%252Fimages%252Fnocache%252Ftr%252Ffw%252Fsmiley%252Fsocial%252Egif%253Fi%253D36%252F36_22_23%2526uiv%253D3.0/image.gif"></a>
