The live programmes are from Monday to Friday every week starting at 8am and running through to 1pm. And at the weekend on Freeview 36, between 8am and 1pm, there will be repeated shows featuring the best of the week, giving everyone a chance to catch up on any shows they’ve missed. Plus there will still regular crafting slots on Ideal World (Sky 644/Freeview 22) most afternoons.

The launch was kicked off on Monday 6th July by Create & Craft presenters Stephanie Weightman and Nigel May, who were joined for the first show by Kathy and Babs from The Glitter Girls. “The first day was a huge success,” says Nigel. “Both Steph and I were amazed and delighted by the amount of viewers who joined us for the launch. We’re planning to make Create & Craft bigger and better than ever before and over the coming weeks we have some wonderful guests, exclusives and fantastic shows lined up, making sure that crafters of every level of expertise will be guaranteed heaps of inspiration!”

Create & Craft is on Freeview 36 and Sky 671. Ideal World is on Freeview 22, Sky 644, Freesat 816 and Virgin 747.

I really love create and craft, also Ideal World just love doing my cards. i TRY to copy some of the cards i see on tv but don't always get it right.Steph and Nigel together well enough said they are like 2 little children in toyland. Love Cath, in Wigan

I recently bought a DVD/VHS Recorder Player that has Freeview. Why can't the Create & Craft channel be on Freeview all day ? Not all of us have SKY, and the channel is not on Virgin Media. I am sure they would get more sales.

I don't know why after the 'live' morning shows it doesn't go to Create and Craft recorded shows. Must be some reason, but then I don't know why they have all the other ones either :thinking2:

But then I'm just a freeviewer (well 'free' is my favourite word!):giggle:

I'd like to know why the C & C EPG listings are so carp, tells you nothing at all.

I would also like them to be on all day as I miss the morning programmes apart from tuesday, is there anyway of finding out about this?

That is something that really annoys me too!
More so when something has been recorded, watched and need to find later....unless a note of date and time is taken grrrr

I expect they are not on all day as it's expensive and difficult to get a Frreview slot.

The channel morphs into a Russian news channel sometime later in the day just as CBeebies morphs into either BBC3 or 4 come 7 p.m.

I get a perfect picture (as with all other channels), but it is only this one that I get no sound for some reason. Don't know if it's a blessing or not really :tongue2:
