Well the Blu-Ray one is £710 with 250GB HDD with Freesat.

Don't you need to install a Freesat Dish in order to be able to pick up the Freesat channels?

WOW - thanks for that CK. I did do a bit of surfing around yesterday and there's a few places got it cheaper than QVC. It was the 30 days mbg and easy pays that would have swung it, but as I didn't order it anyway, thanks to not F.A.R.T.ing I've lost that option. I was interested in recording Freeview and the bigger model you mention would do it for me.

Ta muchly

Now then - without appearing thick (which I probably am :hi::rock:), do IO take it that the bigger one CK bought has exactly the same features as the "89" model but with a smaller hard drive, and records using the programme finder etc. as demo'd on QVC. If so, I will probably be going for the 79 model like he did.
