I would like to wish them both all the best.

I remember IW before they both started there, boring products (Billy Bass, decorated toilet seats and pumps to inflate bits of the body only men have) terrible delivery times and an awful returns process! Things did get better when they arrived and the company did seem to want to move into the 21st century with regards to products. Yes they were 'the guys in charge' so ultimately responsible for the poor service we received, but has it got any better since they left? ... I don't think so, infact, I believe service levels have got worse, I'm even putting money on the triumphant return of the signing fish!

What I am trying to say is that things aren't always as they seem and we should give them a chance, if I'm wrong and this channel turns out to be a complete disaster then I'll be the first one to admit it and they should be fed to the wolves.
