I or J WS is the sizing small?

I normally wear a size J Jabba but have a few Suarti rings in size K which fit me fine, think you need to go up a size especially with her broader bands. HTH!

I wear J (sometimes I, when the weather is cold my fingers shrink). I buy Suarti (and from other ranges) size K and it's ok. Not a perfect fit, but not a bad either.
