I have contacted the Lola Rose company directly when I received a used necklace in a scruffy box and pouch. They replaced these items and as the necklace was in no way damaged and out of stock, I kept it.

:mysmilie_698: I agree with you guys don't let them get away with it as QVC is always calling itself the best shopping channel and send photos to the Chief Executive so someone should get a kick up the a**e. I have never received anything "used" but I certainly would not let them get away with it!!

I agree with all thats been said.. I would add, whatever the brand is you bought, why don't you email them direct & tell them what has happened.. & was it normal practice for qvc to be sending their products out in freezer bags.. Was it Philosophy items you bought? Am sure they would be horrified to learn that their precious products were being sent out this way.. Wishing you lots of luck with it :mysmilie_696:
