Pipa has just held up a dress commenting on it's length on a herself, making a statement saying she's wearing heels so it's a certain length.
Then went on to say if she was wearing flats it would wear a different length.
I'm I wrong thinking shoe heel height would only affect the wearing length of full length trousers ?
