Are QVC normally slow to refund ? I have it on my order that the item was returned on Monday and yet i called and they said it takes a while before it will show on my bank account ????

I've always found it's taken around 3 weeks.

I usually assume it'll be over a week

It can be a few days to a few weeks. As long as I see the item says returned on my account on line I know that the refund will be coming sometime and that they have received it back.
