Yodel delivery service

Hi, my sister has ordered a laptop computer via ideal world and the delivery company is yodel - they came on saturday when she was not in. The website is not that great and the telephone numbers are premium prices. Has anyone had any experience of Yodel good/bad? Does anyone know the opening times for the depo? Thanks in advance

Yodel were being discussed in a thread on the QVC forum a short time ago. I'd not heard of them but the link below may be of some help, if you didn't see the original thread.

Thanks Toril, Yodel is a rebranding of Home Delivery Network. Mananged to re-schedule delivery for her, so fingers crossed.

Do what i did - Google HDNL depot telephone numbers and find your local number - give them a call and get them to deliver when you are at home.

When i phoned last time the depot manager went above and beyond his duty and got the driver to deliver on his way home from work.
I find them very good but some people have problems with them.

Thanks simon, re-sched for tomorrow, they say deliv between 7am and 9pm. If this fails I will tell sis to do as you did.
